Each artist will have a semi-private space that is 10x13ft. Studios come with shelves, 1 or 2 plywood walls and 1 peg board wall with shelves. You may furnish your studio how you please!

Wifi and all utilities are included! Hooray! You will also receive your own unique door code. This allows you 24 hour access to your space.

As a renter you can have one free room rental per month to teach a class. You may also participate in our monthly Makers Markets (June-December) for free.

Rent for the spaces range between $350- $375/month. We also require that you have liability insurance. If you have more questions about this please feel free to ask!

Meg is a 2D mixed-media artist and painter living in Minneapolis. She is the creator of Minnealphabet: An Outdoorsy Homage to Minneapolis and the illustrator of “Outdoorsy: A Coloring Book Celebrating Our Connection to the Natural World”. She is the Co-creator of the award-winning River to River Greenway Mural in West St. Paul and the recipient of a 2023 individual artist Residency at the Tofte Lake Center. Meg’s work is inspired by the natural world (most often the woods, water, and trees of the Midwest).

Carolyn Williams-Noren writes poems and essays. Recent subjects include parenting, food and cooking, unchurched spiritual life, and her childhood living close to the oil industry in Alaska. Every two weeks (-ish), she makes and sends by email a free, hand-drawn, handwritten recipe/memoir comic called "This is good."
