Blockprinting with Rare Press
April 6th, 10am-12:30pm
Learn how to create your own custom blockprint, starting with a sketch and ending with a finished stack of prints. All materials are provided, and this class is perfect for beginners. We’ll focus on spring-related themes, but all ideas are welcome and encouraged. Participants will be able to take home a black stamp pad and extra paper for continued printing in the future.

Knitting Colorwork Socks with Knit & Gather
Mondays, April 7, 14 & 21, 6-7:30 pm
This class is advanced, previous colorwork knitting experience preferred. Join Kate and Laila to make a sock with a colorwork cuff! We will be making the Quilty Cabin Socks by Horse Feather Fiber Arts. We will go over sock construction in the class if you are a beginner. Definitely sign up if you want to make a colorwork sock, have experience knitting in the round but are new to sock construction.
Materials
Please purchase a copy of the pattern before class! You can do so here (on Ravelry), it should be $5.
You will be providing your own materials! More detailed materials and gauge information can be found in the pattern, but you will need at least 110 yards of fingering weight yarn for your Main Color and 15 yards for your Contrast Color (photo uses Suri lace held double for CC). The gauge is written for size 2 needles, DPNs or 32" circulars for magic loop (plus size 1 for ribbing).

Forged Bangles

In this class you'll learn various forging techniques and create your own set of bangles. You will make one bangle in copper or brass and one in sterling silver.

Watercolor Happy Hour with Meg Erke
Thursday, April 10th, 4:30PM-6:00PM
Lean into your curiosity with this exploratory based approach to watercolor.
Explore a variety of techniques in a playful and easy going session. Exercise your curiosity and stretch observational skills to create a series of small paintings that traverse a variety of unique creative prompts. Each watercolor exploration can become greeting cards, gift tags, collage material or wall art.

Crafternoon!

Join Knit & Gather and Harvested Hues. Bring your own craft to work on and get in the spring crafting mood, all are welcome! We will be debuting our new free craft library at the Toolbox so donations of like-new craft supplies are welcome.

Crochet Wool Basket
Saturday, April 26th, 10am-1pm
Join instructor Cara Corey for a beginning crochet class, where you will learn how to construct a sturdy basket (perfect for storing craft supplies, toys or other household items) using your fingers rather than a crochet hook. Cara will provide a selection of hand-felted wool ropes along with leather handles that you can attach to your basket. Students will also learn how to source materials and adjust the pattern to make baskets in different sizes and shapes. The finished basket measures approximately 10 inches in diameter and 8 inches tall.

Spring Flow: Cultivating Joy

Join artist Megan Moore and psychotherapist Geriann Fedorowicz for a morning of playful self-exploration, mindfulness and creativity. Experiment with finding flow, joy, and non-judgement in painting and in your everyday life.
